Condo sales in the Orlando area increased by 2.14 percent in February when compared to February of last year. Duplex, town home, and villa sales increased 39.75 percent
The median price of all existing homes combined sold in February 2011, $96,000, is an 8.57 percent decrease from te $105,000 median price recorded in February 2010.
